Originally hailing from Toowoomba, Queensland, Georgina is a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. She is best known for her show-stopping performance as Mother in Ragtime for The Production Company, for which she won a 2020 Green Room Award for Best Performer in a Lead Role. She was also the winner of the 2017 Rob Guest Endowment Award, and the 2015 Matilda Award for Best Emerging Artist.

Most recently, Georgina was seen playing the vivacious Gussie Carnegie in Merrily We Roll Along for the Hayes Theatre and Luckiest Productions. Georgina is currently featuring in Alanis Morrisette’s Jagged Little Pill the Musical in the Ensemble and understudying the lead role of MJ.

In 2020 Georgina was cast to play the role of Lily Craven in Opera Australia’s The Secret Garden opposite Anthony Warlow, but the show was cancelled due to COVID-19. (The Production Company), Cinderella in Into the Woods (Harvest Rain), Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance (Harvest Rain), Mary in Mary Poppins (Arts Centre Gold Coast), and Sue Snell in Carrie (Wax Lyrical/Brisbane Powerhouse).

On screen Georgina played Wendy Hogan in the miniseries Hoges: The Paul Hogan Story (Fremantle Media), featured in Doctor Doctor Season 5 (Easy Tiger) and is set to feature in BUMP Season 2 (Roadshow Rough Diamond). Georgina is a proud MEAA Equity member.
