One of Australia’s most acclaimed venues for music, Melbourne Recital Centre plays host to Melbourne Symphony Orchestra programs designed to benefit from the superb qualities of this beautiful space. The unique design of Elisabeth Murdoch Hall is intimate, with rich plywood timber panels of Australian plantation Hoop Pine lining the interior and compressed bamboo providing the flooring. The traditional shoe-box shape, inspired by Europe’s best recital halls, means the 1000-seat hall is a finely crafted instrument in itself.

Ticketing
The Melbourne Recital Centre Box Office opens for ticket collection from 5pm, or two hours prior to all performances.
